| Facts Found 1. Mata Hari and Baby Tonga were on starboard tack approaching the starting line to start, close to the Committee Vessel. 2. Baby Tonga was clear astern and to windward of Mata Hari. 3. There was a current from aapproximately 060. The wind was 040 at 20 kts. 4. Baby Tonga established an inside overlap shortly before the starting signal. 5. Both boats crossed the starting line. 6. There was no contact. 7. Neither boat did a penalty turn. |
